Jewish Prayers in the Home |

Prayer is an integral part of religious life for the Jew. Now the Temple has been destroyed, sacrifices can no longer be performed and prayer must take it's place. Only when the Messiah comes and the Temple is rebuilt will sacrifice be restarted.
There are a number of prayers that are central to the life of the Jew:- The Shema
- The Amidah
- The Kaddish
- The Hallel
